I'm receiving error Id- 0x800b0109 while installing the IDSA. Also, I am unable to install latest graphics driver due to some errors. I'm attaching the logs.
And for graphic driver problem, my graphic adaptor is Intel (R) HD Graphics 2500. and the driver version is 9.17.10.4229
I want to update this driver to the latest version but it never installs.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

Do not use IDSA.  A new version is supposed to arrive at the end of the month.  Watch the announcements on the home page.

Regarding HD2500 graphics, the latest driver can be found here:

Thanks @AlHill for the answer. But I tried installing 5161 driver 3-4 times. But everytime the installer never starts actually. Just asks me for permission of running program but never actually runs the installation wizard. It's kinda weird.
