Issues with Intel® Driver & Support Assistant. "Oops! Something went wrong during the scan."

I've always used the intel driver update assistant.
But for 30 days I can no longer update my video driver.
The oops something went wrong message always appears.
How can I fix this problem?

I already uninstalled the Driver and Support Assistant.
I reinstalled but the problem remains.

Hello Mario_Vacéllos,

Thanks for posing into the Intel Communities. We understand that you are experiencing issues when trying to update your drivers using the Intel® DSA.

For this issue, you should try the following:

  • Clear the browser cache and close the browser.
  • Try rescanning Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA), ensuring the browser being used is Firefox, Chrome, or Edge Legacy.
  • Try disabling your Ad Blocking extension and privacy-related extension on the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) webpage.

In case the issue persists, you should  try reinstalling the Intel® DSA :
