Hello,
I previously submitted an issue, but I was too busy to respond to the technician in time.
My device is a Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro14 imh9, with an Ultra 5 125h processor, no discrete graphics card, only an Arc GPU. When playing the game Black Myth: Wukong, although I can only play on the lowest graphics settings most of the time, I can freely adjust many graphics parameters. After I increased some parameters, although the game was very laggy, it could run normally. However, after the 32.0.101.6297 driver version, I can no longer change the texture quality option in the game and can only play with the lowest texture quality. If I adjust it to medium or higher, the game crashes and displays the prompt shown in the attached image. This issue persists even with the latest 32.0.101.6449 driver version. The last driver version that performed normally in Black Myth: Wukong was 32.0.101.6130.
I collected the system information using SSU.msias requested by the technician, and the results have been uploaded as an attachment.

Hello xiren,
I understand that you are having issues while playing Black Myth: Wukong and the issue worsened after updating the graphics driver to the latest version. Please share the information below for me to address this properly.
1. Which digital gaming platform are you using to play the game (Epic games, Stream, etc.)?
2. Is the issue isolated to Black Myth: Wukong?
3. Do the game crash instantly after launching it?
4. Have you tried using OEM drivers?
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Jed G.

Hello Jed G.
Thank you for your response. Here is my situation:
1. I use Steam.
2. I am not an avid gamer; I only play a few games. I have not encountered this issue in one or two other games, which were released nearly or over 10 years ago.
3. The game does not crash immediately after launching. It crashes during the loading process after I select a save file. If I set the texture quality to the lowest again after entering the game but before clicking on the save file, I can still play the game normally.
4. I have used OEM drivers. The current version of the OEM driver is 32.0.101.5768, and it didn't cause any issues.

Hi xiren,
Thank you for sharing all this information. Please be informed that product you are reporting is an OEM original equipment manufacturer device. Kindly take into consideration that our support may be limited since we are not familiar with the technology, settings and customizations that the OEM has designed on your system.
You mentioned that you are not experiencing any issues while using OEM drivers. In line with this, please also note that
Intel provides generic versions of software and drivers. We still recommend using drivers from the OEM as your computer manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes.

Should you have other questions or concerns, please let me know.
