Hello Brine,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To better understand the issue you're experiencing, I would appreciate more details about your system. Please provide the following information:
- Have the games you mentioned previously run smoothly on this laptop, or have they always had issues?
- If they worked well before, what recent changes occurred before the issue started?
- When the games lag, have you checked if the laptop is overheating? If so, what temperatures have been recorded, and which application did you use to monitor the CPU temperature?
- Please describe the performance issues (lagging) as clearly as possible. For example, does it lag or freeze when entering specific sections?
- Share screenshots or describe the graphics settings used in the game.
Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your system configuration so we can thoroughly investigate and provide an accurate solution. You can do this by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*. Once downloaded, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box for Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When scanning is complete, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt).
- Attach the SSU log file in your reply.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Im very sorry for not replying back for this long times, I still have problems with my graphics
1) Yes, when i first got those games, they ran very smoothly on this laptop.
2) It used to work very good before, The issues started after i got the game called "Stray" from steam, It also ran very smoothly at first but then it started to lag, and also then other things started to lag too
3) yes i checked, my laptop overheats when i run the games
4) when i enter any game it takes very much time to enter, it also sometimes crashes saying "program not responding" and if it enters, it lags very badly like i can't handle it. I am running Stray on very low graphics and it still lags. The other thing is It also cant handle live wallpapers from wallpaper engine from steam. It is lagging very badly.
- I've tried the Intel Support Utility For Windows and nothing changed actually
I really wanna play my games!
Thank you for your time
