I suspect the same. But I still can't change it, that's why I want to try to do something to repair it (if possible)

You have Windows 10 version 1909 installed. The Intel Graphics Driver version 20.19.15.5063 is not supported for gen 4th graphics in this Windows versions. The following Windows versions are supported for your CPU and this driver:
4th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) processor family (code name Haswell)
Microsoft Windows(R) 10-64 Anniversary Update (1607)
Microsoft Windows(R) 10-64 Creators Update (1703)
Microsoft Windows(R) 10-64 Fall Creators Update (1709)
Microsoft Windows(R) 10-64 April 2018 Update (1803)
In this case, I suggest that you uninstall this driver (from Apps and Features or from Device Manager) and leave the Microsoft Basic Graphics Driver.

OK. I did what you recommended and now the driver version 10.18.15.42.48 was automatically installed ... I still see some flickers from time to time at this time but I will do some tests on games to see if I improve the diagnosis

1. Download from Microsoft https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026726/windows-10-hide-updates-or-driver-updates this Show Hide Tool: http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F22D5FDB-59CD-4275-8C95-1BE17BF70B21/wushowhide.diagcab
2. Uninstall the 10.18.15.42.48 driver, leave the Microsoft Basic Graphic Driver.
3. Use the Show Hide Tool to stop the Graphics Driver automatically updating.
4. Check how the laptop works with the Microsoft Basic Graphic Driver.

I follow the steps and with some flickers the games run with lagging. The driver installs anyway automatically

If you will hide the Graphics Driver update, using Show Hide Tool, it will not be reinstalled automatically. You also can stop automatic update in Windows Settings > Update & Security > Advanced Options.

You have an Acer E5-471 laptop, so this question you should ask in Acer forum rather than here. The latest driver release for your laptop by Acer is 10.18.15.4248 https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Driver/VGA/VGA_Intel_10.18.15.4248_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=635735802814510590&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=ASPIRE&Step3=ASPIRE%20E5-471&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=AAP_7 . You may try this, however I can't predict how it will work in Windows 10 1909 and if the result will be better than with the Microsoft Basic Driver.
