Laptop crashing due to intel drivers

My laptop has been crashing for hours now, when I get to the login screen it freezes and soon after I get the BSOD.
I am only able to boot it up when using safe mode, and when I've gone into "event viewer" I can see the critical error is often an Intel driver.

When i open device manager there's a number of devices with a yellow exclamation mark beside them. I'll attach a screenshot.

Every one I attempted to update said they already had the most up to date, so i then rolled back as many as I could. This didn't fix the issue.
I then tried to disable whichever i could with the same result.

I'm currently trying to install the Intel driver support app which seems to have stalled halfway through.

I do not have internet access on the laptop and currently posting from a phone, if i need to download drivers I can do so via my gfs Laptop.

Apologies for poor quality of pictures, again using a phone..

Thanks for any help!

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
