Latest released graphics processor with DirectX 12 support

I'm in the market for a new PC.

I need to ensure that the graphics card is totally compatible with Lightroom/Photoshop. Adobe advises the following requirements:

Processor

Intel® or AMD processor with 64-bit and SSE 4.2 support; 2 GHz or faster processor

Graphics card		GPU with DirectX 12 support 4GB of VRAM for 4K or greater displays 8GB of VRAM to enable GPU supported preview generation and export

Does anyone know/how can I find out what's the latest release graphics processor with DirectX 12 support?
