Hello there, recently bought the Intel Arc B580, great GPU but there's a issue, it can't run older game engines properly. I have big performance issues in FiveM where the game is kinda unplayable at some point and it's not server related or issue on my end, basically get around 30 FPS to 70 FPS overall on Lowest Settings I have also noticed other games struggling like Minecraft where my GPU jumps to 100% for a couple seconds then drops and overall in all DirectX 11 Games I have an issue while with DirectX 12 this isn't a problem, in ETS 2 a corrupted Terrain chunk randomly pops out of nowhere on the road and so on.
I please Intel to make new Drivers Update with better stability on DirectX 11 and OpenGL games.
Again this is 99% not issue on my end or the game end I have contacted FiveM support and they told me this is issue with all Intel Users and that Intel has to deal with it.
My PC Specs:
CPU Ryzen 5 5600 (4G Decoding and ReBAR Enabled)
GPU Intel Arc B580 (Set to Max Performance in Computer Power Plan and Intel Graphics Software)
RAM 32GB DDR4 (XMP 2.0 Enabled)
Motherboard ASROCK B550M PRO 4
SSD 1 TB NVME
CPU and GPU Usage:
During FiveM around 50% - 100% GPU and 30%-50% CPU
Didn't meassure on other games.
I have tried so far:
- I have enabled Resizable BAR in Bios
- I have tried disabling Windows Game Bar and enabling Windows Game Mode
I have done clean installation of drivers
I have tried stretched resolution
I tried higher settings
I have set high performance in my window settings
I have set FiveM to run the max performance in windows settings
I have tried disabling and enabling Fullscreen Optimizations
I have tried enabling and disabling vsync
I have tried different window modes like Fullscreen or Windowed
I set fivem and gta v to run max performance in Intel Graphics Software aswell
My DxDiag says there's no issues

Hi there, I was able to fix this by Rollbacking my Drivers to the Driver Release in October of 2025, version is “32.0.101.8247 (WHQL Certified)” it basically fixes all the Performance Issues for now

Hi SlovakiaMarco,
Thank you for contacting the Intel Community Forum. I’m here to help and would like to gather a few details to better understand the issue and provide accurate support. When you have a moment, please share the following:
- Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode before reinstalling the driver?
- Can you test other DirectX 11 games?
- Can you also test any DirectX 12 games?
- Does the GPU usage spike‑to‑100% pattern occur in all DirectX 11 games or only specific games?
- Are you monitoring GPU memory usage during the spikes, and does it line up with the performance drops?
- Does the issue appear immediately at launch or after some time playing?
- Have you tried disabling ReBAR to rule out compatibility issues with DirectX 11?
- Are any overlays running (Discord, Steam, MSI Afterburner, etc.) that could interfere with rendering?
- If possible, can you test with another GPU to see if the same games behave normally?
To further assist, please attach the Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) report from your system. This will give us essential hardware and software details for troubleshooting.
Instructions:
- Download and run the Intel® SSU tool.
- The tool will generate a text file with your system information.
- Detailed steps can be found here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility
- Attach the generated file to your reply.
If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Kent Russel P.

- Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode before reinstalling the driver? Have done that, same results
- Can you test other DirectX 11 games? I tested ETS 2 like said in the message and the issue still persists
- Can you also test any DirectX 12 games? I have played Battlefield 6, EA SPORTS FC 26, GTA V ENHANCED and no issues there game running smooth as butter.
- Does the GPU usage spike‑to‑100% pattern occur in all DirectX 11 games or only specific games? It doesn't occur in DirectX 11 Games but in OpenGL Games and specifically Minecraft
- Are you monitoring GPU memory usage during the spikes, and does it line up with the performance drops? There weren't any performance drops just that GPU Usage spikes that spooked me
- Does the issue appear immediately at launch or after some time playing? Immediately
- Have you tried disabling ReBAR to rule out compatibility issues with DirectX 11? Yes, it just worsened it
- Are any overlays running (Discord, Steam, MSI Afterburner, etc.) that could interfere with rendering? None
- If possible, can you test with another GPU to see if the same games behave normally? I do have old PC with GTX 1650 and i5-4590, performance there was similar as my B580 on FiveM although on GTA V Legacy Story Mode it was bit worse and in ETS 2 it was definetely worse however it ran perfectly fine in Minecraft
