My fps broke down to almost half the value lower than the previous fps when I updated to intel management engine 188.8.131.525 so I rolled back to previous management engine which is version 184.108.40.2060 and repaired the engine of any corrupt or missing files using the version 220.127.116.113 management engine but the hotfix is not applicable to my version of OS so it didn't install, but then everything regarding fps went back to normal again. No problems or issues using the version 18.104.22.1680 management engine.
