Low fps, low quality everything bad Arc B580

Hi, since i bought my ARc b580 everything is worse than on gtx 1650 super XD. 

Well, lets start with Red Dead Redempiotn 2, on youtube i see videos that the card is super extra and ultra settings with 60fps.. yes maybe not in that universe. I have high textures and everything else medium or low.. and.. i have 30-40fps. Also when i come to desert part of the map its like 15fps?? Isn't that a joke? Also i can't change engine to Vulkan, game is crashing and not even starting. 

Farming 25, i dont know whats that but looks like shadows or textures just flashes thats super annoying. I have to play on old version. And also sometimes i have to play on high/medium settings with 30-60fps

Discord, I asked my friend to show me how is his gameplay looking in rdr2. On rtx 3060 he is playing on ultra settings with 60fps everywhere on the map, that iritated me so much.. But the point is i could not even watch the stream on discord! I was getting black screen, flashes. For example he was riding on desert and i could only see his menu/map 

WarThunder, i cant even turn on raytracing or DX12 because i have super low fps.

Im sure there some things I forget for now.

The only thing i think about now is to return this card but actually i cant. Because i need my PC and cant be without card for 1 or 2 weeks..

(PCI express is set to save power as it says in instructions)
