Dear Intel engingeer:
Im a costumer of intel. Thanks for your services and products. But today i have a problem about graphics.i had play a visual novel game on my winpad which is equipped Intel Celeron N5095A low voltage processor.while the video playing.I found the screen had been torned(You can see it in annex pic).So i had test it in other platform which equipped another intel cpu.(All these platform equipped NVIDIA GPU had been banned in Windows Device Manager.Means just use intel UHD&HD graphics). These is my cpu model.
--Intel Core i5-2500K@3.3GHz
--Intel Core i5-7300HQ@2.5GHz 31.0.101.2125
--Intel Core i5-1035G1@1.0GHz 31.0.101.2125
--Intel Core i7-11800H@2.3GHz
i found that all standard voltage are right.but the i5-1035G1 just have a little screen torn.i just extract the video from the game. i found all video play by windows player are right. And the game developer had say:(Intel Core Processor Series (Low Voltage Processor is not supported)).I want to know how the standard voltage and the low voltage processor difference that can cause this problem and know your way to solve it.

Hello @Capt_HJ
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you with your issue.
In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
1. Is the issue present only in the Intel Celeron N5095A? What is the behavior in the other CPUs?
2. Please provide the game name, version, and where it was downloaded (steam, epic, official game website).
3. Please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file.
This document will be necessary to check your entire system, in order to find possible errors or incompatibilities.

Hello @Capt_HJ
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with low-voltage processors and their compatibility with the game. We understand that you are facing challenges with the game not supporting these processors.
Unfortunately, we would like to inform you that Intel cannot take further action to resolve this issue directly. The support for specific processors and their compatibility with games is determined by the developers. In this case, the game developers have reported that low-voltage processors are not supported.
For assistance in addressing this concern, we recommend reaching out to the game developers directly. Users can contact the game developers and express their interest in having the game optimized for low-voltage processors. If the developers are open to collaboration, they can contact Intel's ISV (Independent Software Vendor) support for further assistance.
It's important to note that low-voltage processors are designed to consume less electricity while maintaining performance, making them suitable for various devices. However, certain applications, like games, may have specific requirements set by their developers.
If the game developers wish to work with Intel to explore potential solutions, they are welcome to contact us directly, and we can collaborate to address any compatibility issues. Intel is committed to supporting our users, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Since the thread is under OEM scope, we will proceed to close it. Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Isaac Q.
