I asked Can Intel provide assistance to all of the Customers using Intel 4400 cards. I understand from Microsoft you have had at least three other complaints about it latest drivers not working with previous intel video cards. Or indicate where this fault arises. My understanding is it could be something to do with Intel's driver's allocation of graphic memory. Which is not a consistent approach to windows update and no longer fetches memory causing memory protection fault! All I was informed was this was a hardware fault when no other hardware fault using GPZ  log or SFC or check disk resulted in any error or driver corruption. I sent   attached the SSU log you requested. Thank you for your assistance. dx_info_18308  I explained when It was suggested this was hardware that I have not asked you to provide spare parts for my item but instead working drivers. My video adapter appears is working just fine without the Intel family drivers enabled. How is it I can communicate to you on this device if it is broken or in need of parts. Why is it that you cannot provide Microsoft Certified backwardly compatible drivers which don't crash Microsoft Windows H2 driver support assistant.pdf driver support assistant  I asked Intel why you are just closing cases and provided no discussion or report. Your statement and links do not work!  We thought Outbyte would with its technical team be able to locate suitable driver as it had large repository of drivers. I would point out that nothing points to any hardware failure as all test software like GPZ log which I sent you points to no hardware fault. Outbyte informed me they did not have a correct driver currently. Microsoft said their certified driver had come from Intel! Do I need to go on? Does this not all seem a little odd to you that your DDU is on the Wagner group website who we are not supposed to trade as is embargoed with and been taken offline? Do you wish me to report to Microsoft that intel cannot be bothered or will not recompile graphic card drivers and no wish to provide them on intel products?

 

I asked should I contact US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) administers who enforces most economic and trade sanctions of this embargo breach?
