LowLevel FatalError appears when playing the Pro Baseball Spirit 2024-2025.

Dear Intel Support,

I‘m experiencing a persistent LowLevelFatalError crash when trying to launch the UE5-based game ”Pro baseball Spirits 2024“ on my MSI Claw 8 AI+ handheld PC (Intel Core Ultra 7 155H, Intel Arc Graphics).

Symptoms:
- The game crashes immediately with messages like ”LowLevelFatalError Line 684“ or ”Line 1209“
- I tested drivers: 32.0.101.6737 / 6793 / 6874 / 6877 (all failed) and all version
- Optimizations such as disabling turbo boost, modifying Engine.ini, and launch options were attempted
- Other Unreal Engine 5 games work fine on this system

Could this issue be related to Intel Arc iGPU compatibility with UE5 memory handling or texture streaming?
Is there a recommended driver version or a fix in progress?

It looks like the previous CCchiang error, and I've tried everything he's done, and the driver has installed all the versions that support claw8 now, but they all failed to run

Any insight or workaround would be greatly appreciated.

In addition to the above, it sometimes runs intermittently on the latest drivers, but it seems to be almost impossible. It is possible to drive intermittently if all options are set to low mainly with fsr3 on.

• Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
• Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
• Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
• Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?

Hello.

1. I have no problem entering the menu, but I get a fat error while loading the game.

2.I formatted my computer and installed a new graphics driver yesterday due to a continuous error. And I managed to run the game, but now I'm getting the error again. There hasn't been much change in the computer along the way.

3. Downgrade to older graphics drivers (all versions provided by the Intel homepage), -dx11 input, game graphics settings change, window mode, full screen mode, borderless window mode, resolution change, turbo boost on off, etc. Computer formats

4. Removed and reinstalled the driver using DDU

5. I tried changing the graphics settings and when it was playable, it was 30fps in low

The graphics driver 6913, too, shows lowlevelfatal error loading the game from the menu. With line1206.

I reset my UMPC and tried playing it again. The first game, no matter how many saves, the load was repeated, I was able to play plenny. I'm trying to get into the second game, and I get lowlevelfatalerror line 684 again.
Are you currently taking action on the error? I'd like to know the current situation.
