for intel or something.

i have a idea that can make or break laptops the idea is adding overclock support to older or locked chips in some way via the ability to overclock the BCLK or just the CPU and GPU based on the laptop. i myself have a older N3050 powered laptop and ive ran tons of cmds to get the thing to just be better but it just wont ive put many days into this laptop and all i want is for it to be better then right now the thing is my laptop (DAVETHELAPTOP) has a locked multiplier and due to that im stuck at the max 2.16Ghz but if i could get just 30-100 extra Mhz it would make my day better forever. ive always wanted a pc but im broke so im stuck with this thing ill try some other things soon but for now i have no idea what i can possibly do. i understand that overclocking a laptop not made for overclocking is dangerous but at this point i dont care if it gets bricked i just want a way. a single easy way

ive used throttle stop. process lasso and more

Hi DAVETHELAPTOPn3050,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum, and thank you as well for choosing Intel. We appreciate your continued trust in our products.

Your Intel® product has reached the end of its interactive technical support lifecycle, meaning we are no longer able to provide direct troubleshooting or updates for it. However, you can still find useful recommendations from fellow community members on the Intel Community forums, as well as additional details on our Discontinued

Regarding overclocking, please note that Intel does not recommend increasing Intel® graphics frequencies beyond their documented specifications. Overclocking may lead to system instability, potential damage, or voiding of the warranty. Additionally, the Intel® N3050 processor does not support overclocking.

If your goal is to improve overall performance, upgrading to a system with a more powerful and current-generation processor would be the best path forward. The Intel® N3050 was designed for basic day‑to‑day tasks rather than high performance workloads.

We understand this may not be the answer you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologize for any disappointment. We appreciate your understanding, and we will now proceed to close this thread. Kindly note that this thread will no longer be monitored once closed. Thank you again for contacting Intel Customer Support.

If you ever need assistance with any Intel products in the future, please feel free to reach out. We’ll be more than happy to help. We look forward to assisting you again.
