We need a lot more information than this if you want any kind of analysis to be possible.
Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. Select all data categories, generate the report and then have the tool Save the report to a file. Don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work. Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
It would also be helpful if you ran DXDIAG and produced a text report from it as well.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I do appreciate the files provided. In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Was the MPC (Media Player Classic) working fine with the previous driver version?

- If not, use this https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30148/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers
3. Have you run all Windows updates, including the optional?
4. Have you tried with the drivers provided by the laptop manufacturer?
5. Have you get in contact with the laptop manufacturer to get more details?
6. Have you performed a BIOS update?
7. Can you share a video where we can see the issue itself? Use your phone to take the video or an app to record the screen
8. If possible, provided some steps to replica this issue.
Best regards,

Hello zhenjie,
Thank you so much for the information provided. I would like you to try the following as a test:
1. Try with the previous driver version and check if the issue appears.
2. If possible, try to reinstall MPC and any of the tools you use to play the videos.
3. Using the current driver (27.20.100.9316), play any of the videos that gave the issue. Because you mentioned that with the last video you did not see the issue.
- [BeanSub&FZSD&LoliHouse] Jujutsu Kaisen - 24 [WebRip 1080p HEVC-10bit AAC ASSx2].mkv
- Wonder.Woman.1984.2020.1080p.WEBRip.x264.AAC5.1-[YTS.MX].mp4
- Zack.Snyders.Justice.League.2021.1080p.WEBRip.x264.AAC5.1-[YTS.MX].mp4
4. If possible, try to play any of the previous videos on another system (Laptop, PC, friend's computer) and share the system that you used (model, graphics, driver version, processor, etc).

Deivid A.

I would like to know if you agree to close this thread since you have not faced the issue since you reinstalled windows.
