DirectX function "m_commandList->Closed()" failed with E_OUTOFMEMORY ("Direct 3D could not allocate sufficient memory to complete the call."). GPU: "Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics", Driver:32.0.101.5542. E:\packages\RenderCore2\2.14.03-fb-football_21173437\source\platform\Dx12\PlatformEncoderDx12.cpp
It launches the game and runs menus fine (playbooks, draft, settings, etc.). When I go to launch an actual football game, franchise or quick play, this error is consistently delivered. It has never successfully launched an actual football game. All graphic settings have been completely minimized. All HP drivers were installed, then I also tried the newest Intel driver. The error has not flinched throughout any of the troubleshooting efforts.

I've tried many things, including turning VSync on and off within the game settings and trying to force a directx11 launch through Steam. I don't think I was successful in getting it to launch using DirectX11. I entered -dx11 within the custom launch code. It still generated the same error, which lead me to believe it didn't use dx11, given the error references dx12.
