Hi Ben444333,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the refresh rate issue you're experiencing with your main display. I understand how frustrating it can be when your screen doesn't perform as expected, and I'm here to assist you in resolving this problem.

To address the issue, I recommend updating to the latest graphics driver for your Intel ARC A750. The current version is 32.0.101.6972, and you can download it from the following link: Intel Arc & Iris Xe Graphics Windows Driver. If the clean installation does not resolve the issue, I suggest using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove any remnants of previous drivers before reinstalling the latest version. You can download DDU from the following link: DDU Download. How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an...

If you prefer a faster communication method, please let me know if a phone call would be more convenient for you. I can also offer remote assistance via Quick Assist to help diagnose and resolve the issue.

Thanks it seems to be an intermittent issue. I had to restart my pc yesterday, but just started my pc today and I don't need to.

I think it could be the time it takes for the GPU to get all the info from the display, and if the display goes to standby for too long seems to cause the problem.

Also don't know if it is a problem with Windows 11 or the drivers as it did update a day or two after the drivers updated so it could be that.
