Max refresh rate 120hz that was previously working at 144hz

I recently upgraded to a B580 from a RX580, now that I've upgraded, windows settings only allows me to reach 120hz maximum, previously being 144hz (HDMI). My other monitor also can only do 60hz being 75hz (DP).

On my second monitor, I can do 75hz, but the resolution and aspect ratio is stretched, it also has weird values as options.

I have used DDU, updated windows, reinstalling Intel graphics software, updating BIOS, nothing has worked so far.

I have a Ryzen 5 5500 with resize bar enabled.

Please connect both monitors to the Arc B580 and create a Report for Intel Graphics Drivers and attach the output file here.

DTD 1 = VESA DMT (Discrete Monitor Timings)

DTD 2 = VESA CVT-RB

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the problem in my simulation environment with the driver 32.0.101.6559. Everything works so far, but with an Iris Xe.

What happens if you swap the connections? So you connect the Viewsonic to DisplayPort and the Philips to HDMI?

Hello, so I found something weird. I made a mistake with the cables I used, The DP cable is a DP to HDMI with the DP end into the PC, and when I used it on the viewsonic, I can only get 60hz, and with the Phil, I can go 75hz with no resolution issues. I think the issue is in the cables but that is weird because with my old graphics card there was no problem. I also attached a Report with the different cables connected. I will update with new cables.

Ok, new cables, same issue, definitely a driver problem.

Please try to get by without adapter cables in this setup. Please use straight connections:

Arc B580 >>> [DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable] >>> Viewsonic VX2458

Arc B580 >>> [HDMI to HDMI cable] >>> Philips 221S9

Success! Both monitors are working 144hz and 75hz! Using the cable setup you recommended.

I don't know why the cables were the issue but its all resolved now. Thanks.
