I have an Intel i5-6500 and after installing version 4664 of the graphics driver the Minecraft window became cropped and the GUI buttons were offset. This is the same under the latest version, 4678
You can see the result in a screenshot here: http://imgur.com/a/7wbw3 Minecraft screenshot - on Imgur in particular you can see the text cropped in the bottom left/right, and the same happens when in-game.
(from a post on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/6dslsx/help_why_is_my_minecraft_blurry_and_cut_off_after/ https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/6dslsx/help_why_is_my_minecraft_blurry_and_cut_off_after/ )
Downgrade to 4627 and all is fine again.
I couldn't see anywhere else to post bugs/regressions so hope this is the best place to report it.

Hello didumos,
I would like to get your DxDiag report in order to check more information regarding your system configuration, please find the instructions below.
DxDiag Instructions:
- Click on the "Start Menu" -> Type "DxDiag" -> Press "Enter" -> Wait for the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to finish loading
- In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click "Save All Information" -> Save the file DxDiag.txt
- Include DxDiag.txt as an attachment in the Intel Community Forum, to attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" in the top right corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear in the bottom right corner of the response box.

Sorry for the late response, I didn't get e-mail notifications about the last two messages for some reason.
Yes, I'm glad to say that the original problem is resolved after installing the latest graphics driver today; x.x.x.4771
Thanks for your help!

I have the same problem aswell.
4664 was the start of this problem and I think that it affects OpenGL based games aswell.
Minecraft with this issue screenshot https://puu.sh/wh0of/db40afa39f.png https://puu.sh/wh0of/db40afa39f.png
Super Hexagon with the same issue https://puu.sh/wh0tQ/eddd4a6d18.png https://puu.sh/wh0tQ/eddd4a6d18.png
Even Duke Nukem 3D running on eduke32 has the same issue https://puu.sh/wh0A3/3afd5bd2d0.png https://puu.sh/wh0A3/3afd5bd2d0.png
I guess that this is an OpenGL issue in the updated drivers that are not yet finalized.
