Hi OsvaldoSA

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re experiencing with your graphics and game issue. To better assist you, I need to gather some additional information. Could you please answer the following questions?

  1. Has this issue occurred before?
  2. Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me?
  3. How did you perform the last update? Did you use a device manager-clean installation or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before updating to the latest graphics driver?
  4. May I know the origin of the game (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
  5. What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to fix the issue?
  6. Have you tried rolling back to the previous graphics driver version?
  7. Could you provide screenshots or recordings of the issue so I can clearly see what’s happening?

Providing this information will help me diagnose the system more accurately and check for available solutions. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Hi So My issue is confirm its my graphics card that they are outdated and I downloaded the 20.19.15.5171 version and I still have the issue And the origin of the game is Minecraft Launcher and I perform my last update by going into device manager and clicking browse my computer for drivers and yea that's what I did and no this never occurred this just started happening randomly.

Thank you for responding

Hello OsvaldoSA

I recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the current drivers before installing the new ones. This can help ensure that there are no remnants of old drivers causing conflicts.

Also, what drivers were you using before updating to version 20.19.15.5171? Sometimes, rolling back to a previous driver version can help stabilize the game.

Lastly, have you checked if there's any update available for the Minecraft Launcher or contacting the game developer/support?

After trying these steps, please let me know your observations.

Best regards,
