Your graphics IGP GMA 3100 is not supported under Windows 10, thus no OpenGl driver needed for Minecraft. HP Compaq dc7800p comes in two variants: compact miditower - you can purchase and install a PCI Express videocard (in 15 cm length of board, though), ultraslim desktop - nothing can be done, time to get a new PC.
