Missing options in scaling options dropdown

Greetings,

after the last update 08/30/20 to Intel Graphics Command Center 1.100.2765.0 some options in      Display -> General -> Scale went missing. The only two remaining options are 'Maintain Display Scaling' and 'Custom'.

Even though the other options aren't available, e.g. 'Stretched'  is still applied in one game.

Hello Ben_Silos,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

After checking your post, we understand that there are missing options when using scaling options with the Intel® Graphics Command Center.

To better assist you I would appreciate if you could provide the following information about your system:

Please run the following tool and attach the reports generated.

  1. Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) Download link
  2. Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information.
  3. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  4. Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  5. To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

  • Please provide your operating system and it’s version.
  • For how long you’ve been experencing this behavior? Were any additional changes prior to this?
  • Please provide a screenshot/picture of the options displayed by the IGCC.
