Monitor 144 roda somente 75 hz, oque fazer

Gostaria de saber se o processador Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz, roda 120 hz (HDMI) o ou se não roda, estou procurando uma solução a  3 dias e não encontrei nenhuma até o momento.

For HDMI 2K resolutions, in theory, 120Hz can be achieved. In practice, it's more common to be limited to 90Hz.
