Monitor 2 abschalten

Wie kann ich per Mausklick/Tastenkombination den 2. Monitor in Standby schicken/abschalten, wenn ich Filme ansehe?

(Abschalten über den Moitorschalter ist wegen Schwerbehindung nicht praktikabel.)

ASRock Z87 Pro4 mit Intel® HD Graphics 4400/4600,
2x Monitor 27 Zoll iiyama Black Hawk G-MASTER G2730HSU-B1 an DVI-D und HDMI angeschlossen
