Monitor not working with display port anymore (31.0.101.5081)

Hello, 

I am no longer able to use display port using my a750, after being able to use it with 0 issues since July. I have the latest driver installed (version 31.0.101.5081) and it was working a few days ago with that same driver installed, but now it's not working. I've done an uninstall and a clean reinstall but that doesn't seem to do anything. 

 

The monitor shows that the Display Port has no signal and the goes to sleep because it can't display anything.

 

I am not too well versed in pc troubleshooting or pcs in general so I'll need a little bit of a breakdown on what I'm supposed to do, thanks!

Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I know a no-display issue when using your DP connection can be concerning, and I will be glad to help you.


I see you did a clean installation of the driver, Did you use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) for the installation? If you did not use the DDU too, please uninstall the driver following this process and reinstall the latest version 31.0.101.5081.


Other recommendations to check for possible physical issues would be to test each one of the DP ports on your GPU, test a new or different DP cable, and if possible test a different monitor.


If the issue persists, please share with us a report from the Intel® System Support Utility so we can get more detailed information on your hardware configuration.
