I have Intel® HD Graphics (Core i5 M430) installed in my Laptop. I have Windows 7 home premium on notebook hp dv2046la model(64-bit). I am not able to connect my tv or other external devices through HDMI cable.
Earlier i used to connect. I have updated the driver as well. But still getting the same issue.
I have attached my system configuration also. Please let me know if anything else is required.
Thanks in advance.
Hi Alberto,}Thanks for your answer.
I have tried with a TV Samsung, another samsung tv and also an LG monitor and it does not work.
I have also installed the above informed drivers without success. And I have also tested with 2 HDMI cables, so, I do not know what to do. I have re-installed the windows due to lack of performance and it works perfect now, but only the HDMI does not work.
And in the BIOS, I do not see the advanced task in order to enable / disable the HDMI. I really appreciate your help on this issue.
Thanks for your reply. I have read another partner here in the forum and some of you sent a private message (I have seen it) informing something about DX Diag as the Bios has not been updated to enable the HDMI port. Can you help me on this? In order to see the advance task in the BIOS to enable the port?
