Hi All,
Very annoying issue since Windows 10 updated to the latest driver version for my HD Graphics 4600 GPU. I have tried the following with no success.
- Uninstalled both Intel and Nvidia drivers. Reinstalled latest drivers for Nvidia and Intel GPU. (No Success)
- Uninstalled Displaylink driver and reinstalled. (No Success)
- Hunted around for hours looking for a solution but the only thing I could find was to downgrade my Intel driver because apparently its a issue with the latest driver.
Note: The only thing that has worked is uninstalling the Intel driver and using the Microsoft Basic Video driver but obviously this is not a solution.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Joel.

Hello Dr3aDnAuGhTz,
I'm sorry for any inconvenience with this issue, we are aware of this problem; you can see more information here:
/thread/110642 https://communities.intel.com/thread/110642
With some system this issue happens when Hyper-V is enabled.
At this point, I suggest you to keep checking on that post for a solution.
We continuously strive to improve the quality of our products to better serve our users and appreciate feedback on any issues you discover and suggestions for future driver releases.
Kindest regards,
Ivan.
