My Dell laptop has an Intel Graphics 5500 and Win 10. I can't get the display to 'Duplicate' to both the laptop display and an HDMI projector. I can only get the screen to display one or the other, never both. What's wrong?

Dell is solely responsible for support of your laptop. You must contact Dell support for assistance. Also, you should be using ONLY the drivers from Dell for your laptop, and not the Intel generic drivers (for graphics).
