Download the latest version 20.19.15.5171 for your driver. Download the relevant file for you Windows (64 bit or 32 bit).

What was the failure message? "Didn't work" explains nothing.
In order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan (check "Everything") and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.

The suggested driver is correct for your 5th Gen CPU. However, from the SSU report it is difficult to know if your System is 32bit or 64bit. So, before you are trying to install the updated driver, pleas verify in Windows Settings>System>About that you have indeed 64 bit O.S. Then follow the next steps:
1. Download the relevant 20.19.15.5171 driver. Disconnect the Internet.
2. Open Device Manager, the Display adapters section.
3. Right click on currently installed driver (in Device Manager), then click on Uninstall device. Check the Delete the driver software from this device option.
4. Reboot your computer. After finishing uninstalling you should see Microsoft Basic Graphics Adapter. If not, repeat steps 3 and 4.
5. Now, install previously downloaded driver 20.19.15.5171
6. Reconnect the internet and reboot your computer.
Leon
P.S.
The SSU report shows both Graphics Drivers drivers: the 20.19.15.5171 and the old driver 20.19.15.4642. Therefore I suggest to repeat this installation, but this time after uninstalling those drivers and verifying the correct version (32bit or 64bit)

The report seems to be saying that you already have the latest driver package installed. Still, reinstalling this package should not fail.
Again, we ask: What is the exact error code/message that you are getting when you attempt to reinstall it?
