My Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset WDDM 1.1 driver in a Dell Adamo XPS has been eliminated by a Windows 10 update. Can anyone help with a link to this driver so I can restore it, possibly via compatibility mode?

The Mobile 4 series chipset is not supported on Windows 10. Look way down this list under "Legacy": http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html Supported Operating Systems for Intel® Graphics Products

That's right, the Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset does not support Windows®10, you can check on the link Al Hill provided.
