I’m have the goranty for the processor 3 years and I’m buy it at the Best Buy his said go contact with you

We'll be happy to help you if we can. Please include the manufacturer and model number of the device and briefly describe what exact problem you're facing. If it's a graphics issue, it's also helpful if you mention which display device (manufacturer and model) and which cable (manufacturer and type, e.g. DisplayPort or HDMI) you're having the problem on.
