That isn't the identifier for any of the board products that Intel produced. This web page explains how to find the right information: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005624/boards-and-kits.html. What I need is the full AA Number and the first four characters of the Serial Number string to the left of the "AA".

Remove your ram and clean the golden tip of ram with silk cloth properly, then place it again, remove cmos battery and plug it again , replace cmos battery if possible
