My intel graphics driver version number is not right

so basically I downloaded the latest driver for my Intelhd 4000. But I saw something different when i looked at the version number it was different from the driver version. My version number is 10.18.10.4885 and the latest one is 15.33.46.4885. I read this article https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005654/graphics-drivers.html Understanding the Intel® Graphics Driver Version Number and I saw that it was because I have windows 8.1 but I dont, is there any way to fix this?

There is nothing wrong.

The four-digit number (build number) is relevant.

One number scheme is from Intel, the other from Microsoft.
