My laptop Intel Hd Graphics 1696mb can't update directx

I have windows 10, with a intel hd graphics 1696mb, an hp pavilion dv5 2247la, and i've been trying to update my directX 10 but i can't do it, with the external link and the windows update, this is what it said when i go to dxdiag
