I have a NUC7i7BNH 95065 with connected to my 4k TV via an AV receiver. I intermittently get the sound and picture drop out (always happens when scrolling a web page in edge).
I am on windows
10.0.18362
intel iris 650 grapics
I have the following drivers installed
Bios version 0079
Graphics 26.20.100.6912
Refresh rate set to 60Hz
and update the HDMI firmware to 1.72 as per (https://www.intel.ca/content/www/ca/en/support/articles/000024118/mini-pcs/intel-nuc-kits.html)
This used to be an issue back at the end of 2017 but was resolved by driver updates. But following on from the release of the DCH drivers the issues appears to be back.
any suggestions

- Many times such problems are caused by low quality video cable, from NUC to AV receiver and/or from AV receiver to TV.
- You should use Hi speed cables. Like this for example: https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-High-Speed-HDMI-Cable-Supports/dp/B003L1ZYYM/ref=sxin_2_pb?crid=1CBGT7IWKU9N9&keywords=hi+speed+hdmi+cable+4k&pd_rd_i=B003L1ZYYM&pd_rd_r=e3db87f3-0492-4fa8-ac1c-41ae419a7b47&pd_rd_w=rdhbh&pd_rd_wg=NGceX&pf_rd_p=9ef0c97a-254b-445c-822b-c948e2d94ddd&pf_rd_r=2GJYNV5NYKSN6DTDYYY7&qid=1564297391&s=gateway&sprefix=hi+s...

Thanks for this, but I haven't changed the cables and they had been working fine. The issue only manifested after the upgrade of the graphics drivers.
I will update the cables to be on the safe side, but this is almost certainly not the issue.

I have replaced all of the cables today and am still facing the same issues.
I am open to any other suggestions.
