Look in the start menu for the Intel graphics command center (under INTEL).

Fact is, Intel's package is following the requests that Microsoft set forth for DCH driver packages and this includes not using the context menu for this purpose. AMD and NVIDIA chose to ignore the request from Microsoft and continue to populate their app shortcut there. Shame on them.
