Need for Speed Heat missing ground texture

I'm looking for an update on this issue. It appears the last update was 15 months ago where the driver team was working on it. The issue persists. It appears that it was previously an issue for DXVK as well and they were able to patch it, which might be helpful.

You should be able to verify the issue immediately with no steps needed to reproduce it beyond launching the game.
