Hey! I have an Intel Arc A770 GPU and the newest driver version, being 31.0.101.4255, is giving me a lot of issues.
I successfully downloaded the driver and I went back to playing my games and using my PC an hour or two later. During gameplay, my game crashed and my monitors went blank. After 30 seconds, they came back on and it was like my PC had restarted, but it hadn't.
Is there any fixes I can do to help this? My GPU performance-wise is really bad. I play a modified version of GTA V called 'FiveM', and I get around 17-33FPS, which isn't at all ideal.
I would really appreciate the help. I know nothing about PCs either...

Hi @Leah,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused you.
In order to assist you, can you please help us with the following information:
- Does the regular GTA V works well, or does it have the same performance issues?
- Does this only happen when you play?
- Did you have any other graphics card installed previously?
- Is Resizable Bar enabled in the BIOS?
- Are you using a straight cable into the port, or are you using any type of adapter or docking station?
- I could not find any files attache please download and install the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU): https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View". Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". Click on "Next", save the report and attach it to your response.
Best regards,

- All my games run slowly and are laggy, this also includes VALORANT, so yes.
- When I actually get into the game itself after the loading process, it does affect me. I crash often, and my FPS is around 17-30ish when I play, on low settings too. I will crash multiple times during the loading process, with it sometimes even telling me that 'I don't have a DirectX10 or 11 GPU installed'.
- I did! I have a NVIDIA 1660 TI. I had none of these issues with my 1660 TI.
- No. I have no clue how to enable that or even what it does.
- It's a straight cable as far as I'm aware.
The file you requested is attached below. Thank you so much for the assistance, I can't wait to hear back. 🙂

Hi @Leah,
Thank you for all the valuable information. In this case, I want you to please take a look at this article about resizable bar: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000090831/graphics.html
Also, based on the report, I can see that your BIOS is from 2021 and there is a newer version of it (https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z590M%20Pro4/index.asp#BIOS). I would recommend contacting As Rock for a Step-by-step guide on how to do it, at the same time you could ask where to find the resizable bar and make sure it's enabled.
Once this is done, lets tests the games and see if anything changes.
Best regards,
Carlos L.
