Hello @HaoChen

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

I am sorry to hear that you have problems with Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics, and I’ll be more than happy to help you.

Does the dock work if you use the beta version 31.0.101.4514?

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

Best regards,

Hello HaoChen

Thank you for your patience.

Please answer the following:

·      Have you tried using the same dock station and cable and a different monitor?

·      Does the issue happen using a straight connection from the computer port to the display?

·      Have you contacted the manufacturer for validated docking stations?

Also, please keep in mind that Intel does not recommend using any kind of adapters and cannot guarantee 3rd party products/adapters will work as expected.

You can have more information here: Using Video Cable Adapters, Splitters and/or Docking Stations in Computers not Manufactured by Intel
