Here is the latest driver for your processor, which is unlikely to install on your version of windows:

You need to update your windows first. Try 2018 version 1809.
Once you update your windows, then try installing the latest graphics driver.

Someone else ('Doc') has has suggested I need to upgrade my Windows OS first, which I will seek to do.
