No Audio Device Installed

I had the issue around two weeks ago that my computer wasn't detecting any audio output devices and sound could only be heard through Bluetooth headphone devices. To solve this I updated  these three drivers (below), and that solved the issue.

Today I got the notification that I could update my drivers again,  which were the same as last time (below):

But now that these have been installed I've come back to the issue of my audio devices not being found, I've gone into device manager to find the audio section of it but it's no where to be seen:

And I've also gone into my computer 'checking for updates' in settings where I'm up to date:

And have only made the one installation today being:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not seeing any obvious issues in the report - other than the sound device is missing. I suggest you try reinstalling the graphics driver package. It is available here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html. Simply download the executable and run it.

Hope this helps,

The symptoms and sequencing that you have provided would seem to indicate that you are (normally) outputting to the speakers in your monitor (or an equivalent arrangement, such as a Receiver or similar device that takes in both video and audio streams and routes to display and speakers). This being the case, it points the hairy finger towards the Graphics driver package. But, before I get too far into a discussion, let's collect the necessary information.

What is/are your display device(s)?

Are you also delivering your audio to one of these device(s)?

How is/are the device(s) connected to your system? [Be specific here; cable types, dongles/adaptors involved, etc.]

We also need software installation information. Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the utility, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.

Thanks for the help so far Scott.

As to your questions, this is all on my school computer so for my display device I'll give you the serial number to my computer which is: 8CG234012X. For the second question, as I only have one screen that I use I'll say I don't connect the audio to any other device. Finally the device doesn't have any cables/dongles/adaptors that connects it to the system, as it's only ever plugged into a charger.
