No Vulkan device after driver update

Today my work computer (Dell Latitude 5590 or something similar) got a forced Windows 1803 update, after which it got a graphics driver update 24.20.100.xxxx and now there is no Vulkan device. Why is that so?

in few cases , graphics drivers may gets corrupted after major upgrades . so I would recommend uninstall the raphics softwares completely by using revo uninstaller software and then restart the windows .then you to re install the customized graphics software
