According to the logs, your Intel graphics driver version is 21.20.16.4551, which is not the latest one. Try manually download and install the newest graphics driver from this link and check if there's any changes: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html

You may also want to update your NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 driver for optimal performance. You can find the latest driver here: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/

To help you better, we need to see the full logs of your system. The screenshot you shared only shows the motherboard, but we also need to know the model of your processor and whether you have a discrete graphics card. This will also allow us to check if your graphics driver is updated. Please use this link to share your logs with us: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html

For the IDSA issue, you can refer to this link for the steps to resolve it: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000026895/software/software-applications.html
