No upscaling settings for external screen

Hello. I have an Unbranded UB-15MS10 tablet (Atom Z3735f, Intel HD Graphics Bay Trail, Windows 10) that I want to use as a smart box for 4k TV. The problem is that the tablet is only capable of full HD output and does not have upscale settings for the external screen, which is why the picture on TV is not displayed in full screen. Any ideas? Maybe there are custom drivers with more settings or can I apply the upscale through some configs or Windows itself?

Eight years old, not supported, and no custom drivers.
