I want to restore my profile values from the Intel HD Graphics control panel because I wanted to capture any window from Mozilla or google chrome in OBS but the window appears black.
Please, I would like to know how to do it. I could do it before, not now.

-Please run the following tools and attach the reports generated.
-Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)

• Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information
• By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
• Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
• To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
-DXDIAG
• Go to Start > Run or Windows Key + R.
• On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK.
• On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information.
• Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save.
-Intel® Graphics Control Panel report

-Can you please share with us a video or some screenshots of the issue that you are having?
-Were you ever able to use this program OBS with this laptop without any issues?
-Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or a driver update?

Hi!! I was able to do it.
I opened google chrome compatible with window 7.
Properties - Compatibility - Compatibility mode, run this program in compatibility mode with windows 7
