According to the Intel website here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005524.html Supported APIs and Features for Intel® Graphics Drivers
the highest OpenGL version for a Intel Core processor is 2.1.
Where does one go to get an updated driver to attain this level of OpenGL on the site?
Others have mentioned having similar chipsets and trying to go above 2.1, meaning they have 2.1 and are told they can not.
I simply want to get to 2.1.
Machine I have is an HP Compaq 8000 Elite SFF computer with a weak power supply (240W) so getting a low profile graphics card will not work as there are none rated below 300W and buying a new power supply and graphic card simply to update my OpenGL is not only overkill, but would cost about half that of a brand new entry level computer, which is what I use this machine for.
Thanks for any suggestions.
