Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file (using the paperclip under the toolbar).

You have an E6600 processor from 2010. It does not contain intel graphics. You also have a B43 chipset, which does supply your graphics.

You are running Windows 10 version 1909.

Your processor and graphics are not supported. Your graphics driver is the Microsoft Generic Graphics Driver, which lacks features and performance.

You apparently have an HP SFF pc. If there is a slot available, you may find a compatible half-height graphics card from nvidia or amd which is still supported.

However, your best solution would be to take your system to the nearest recycling facility, and then purchase a new or newer system that is supported by Windows 10.

Sorry, but this is the reality of the situation.
