So I just bought a new computer about two weeks ago and I downloaded Kingdom Rush Frontiers and tried to play it but an error appered saying that my graphics card drivers dont support OpenGL version 2.1 and that i curentlly have version1.1.0. Today I tried to play minecraft but the same error appered saying my drivers were outdated and cant support OpenGL. About a week I tried to fix it, bout no solution worked, I downloaded drivers from intel's site several times and the error still remained. I have Intel HD Graphics 4600.

I think you got taken.  Your "new" computer is 8 years old and the processor is discontinued.

You can try this driver to see if it helps.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30196/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40-

Also, So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

The error is still there, so I should buy a new processor then?

It will not help you.  If you are a desktop, you can get an older nvidia card, say GT 760  or 1060, and use that.

However, your OpenGl should be at 4.3.  Look under core processors:

Provide that SSU report so we can verify what you have.

You have the latest HD 4600 driver installed on W10, which has OpenGL 4.3 support.

Something else is the problem, but not the processor or the graphics.  Are your games updated for Windows 10?

Maybe one of the Intel support engineers will have an idea of what is wrong.
