Performance issues in video games on Intel Iris XE graphics (version 32.0.101.6987 WHQL Certified)

Good morning, I am reporting the performance error with this driver, lag issues, stutters, fps drops, in games like Dead By Daylight, Fortnite, Apex Legends, I am reporting this so that Intel can find a solution, good day.

1) Have your games (Dead by Daylight, Fortnite, Apex Legends) previously worked fine with older graphics drivers?

2) Pleas share the older driver version(s) that works fine and does not have performance issues.

3) Have you reverted back your graphics driver to an older version where you fine no issues at all?

4) Have you tried clean installation of the latest driver (32.0.101.6987 (WHQL Certified)) using DDU?

5) Please describe the performance issue(s) (Lagging, stutters, fps drops) as best as you can. Please share specific details on where these issues are observed. (E.g. Per example: FPS drop when entering ‘x’ or ‘y’ section.)

 

Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

 

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.

Hello, I have an arc b580 graphics card. When I play Apex, objects like stairs, poles and wires are shakıng. Also, the game resolution is very bad. Even though all my settings are correct, the quality is bad. Can you help me?

Good evening, I bought a laptop two months ago and downloaded the drivers available with the three previous drivers. The game had several FPS drops, but with this new driver, it got worse. They should optimize the drivers for these games. Fortnite keeps crashing on me. Please help me. Playing Dead by Daylight is unstable, and Apex Legends has the same error. I want to clarify that I can't switch to an older driver because Dead by Daylight will ask me for a newer driver to play it and the games I mentioned again. Thank you for your attention. Good day.

Good evening, I am sending you the revision file, the fps jerks occur when I make sudden camera turns, the jerks are constant, I close the game and reopen it or I have restarted my computer and they are not solved and I cannot switch to another controller, because the game is going to ask me to install the current one and fortnite and apex legends, in the maps and when moving the camera there are jerks when moving only the camera, thank you very much for your attention, I hope you give me a solution, have a good day.

I just hope to inform you that based on the game specifications, both games (Dead by Daylight and Apex Legends) needs discrete graphics card even on minimum requirements, while Fortnite is good to run with onboard graphics with minimum requirements (but recommended to get discrete GPU to run without flaws).

 

Furthermore, you may try updating to the latest drivers by using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to uninstall previous Intel® Graphics Drivers.

 

1) Download the drivers first:

 

2) Proceed with uninstallation steps here.

  • Note: Start with the OEM driver, and if it still has the issue, proceed with the same steps this time installing the latest Intel driver.

 

In case the issue is still not fixed, please share a new SSU log file so I may proceed with further investigation of the issue.

Good evening, WHAT YOU SENT ME DID NOT WORK FOR ME, I already told you that dead by daylight does not work with older drivers, only with current drivers, because the game was made with unreal engine 5 the graphic engine requires current drivers, not old ones, to work correctly, I ask you please optimize the drivers that will come for this game because only you take current games and the rest of you no longer give them maintenance or attention, I installed the most recent driver and dead by daylight with the new driver continues to go wrong for me, thank you for your attention, good day

Good evening, I downloaded the game from Steam, I couldn't complete more than 600 seconds because I started recording when the map loaded and the lags were too much, here I pass my configurations within the game and the CapFrameX capture, even lowering the resolution the game doesn't work well, I already recommended what you should do with the controllers, the reason why I couldn't complete the 600 second recording because the game crashed, thank you for your attention, good day.

Here I am sending you again what I sent you before, of CapFrameX and the capture of my configuration that I have in the game, thanks again, remember with each driver that you make the performance can worsen since that only affects this type of games and not the ones that you give priority.
