Problem whit Kingdom Hearts on MSI Claw

Hello, I have a problem whit Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 and Kingdom Hearts 2.8 (Steam Versions), all the FMV appear on screen with a single green and grey spot, you can't see or distinguish anything. this last problem extends to all the games of KH1.5+2.5 and 2
8 but only in Chain of Memories i have the problem of the predominantly black screen and it's not playable. MSI CLAW Intel Core Ultra 7 16GB. I've updated the drivers (at this moment 32.0.101.5971) but it's still the same. i've unlocked the framerate and disabled vertical sync as advised above but it's not useful for me. Any ideas?

Hello all, unfortunately I don't have any news to share other than our development team is still working on a possible fix. I'll keep you posted if there's a change in this situation.

Has there been any updates on this?

We are nearing almost a year now since this issue has been reported and still no fix or workaround has been provided.

All we get are promises but no definite solution.

It has now been almost a year since this issue was first brought up and still no definite response, fix or at the very least, a workaround. All we get are empty promises.

Disappointing customer support coming from Intel.

As mentioned before, the issue was under investigation and there were no relevant news to share. Though I can't share an ETA for this fix, rest assured we are actively working on it.

This also doesn’t work on my msi claw aim ultra 5 - there’s a green screen with fmvs. I think asus rog ally did a fix already

Hello all, our most recent driver 32.0.101.6972 includes a fix for this issue. Could you please check it and report back?
